Restored for Easy Comfort Large, sunny, open, combination living-dining-kitchen area perfect for family enjoyment. Living room has 2 comfortable futon couches with premium, queen-sized futon mattresses. Refinished pine floors contribute to the warm feeling in this great room.

Open Living Spaces Living room flows through into the dining room. While there's a TV with VCR and DVD (no TV reception) in the small bedroom upstairs, this is the time to brush up on your childhood card playing skills or pull out the Scrabble, Monopoly, Chutes and Ladders, and Clue game boards...

Lots of Sunlight The cottage is an awesome sunny place, with south-facing exposure and loads of new, large, insulated, windows with views of the fields and woods surrounding the cottage and the Meadow Pond.

Spacious Kitchen for More Than One Cook! Sunny spacious kitchen gives you plenty of elbow room in which to cook. As part of the large, open, main floor, the cook can chat with the kids playing cards on the dining table or your honey relaxing in the living room.

Upstairs - Spacious, Sunny, Master Bedroom There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom is a spacious, sunny room with queen bed facing the Meadow Pond. New large windows, cathedral ceiling, and ceiling fan. Cozy small 2nd bedroom has a double bed. Mattresses are new and wonderfully comfortable. We installed 100% wool berber carpeting -- laid with tacks only, no glues were used -- throughout the bedrooms and hallway. We think it's important to get out of bed and walk slipper-less on a great carpet!! A SMOKE FREE place.

A great old fashioned bathroom A bright, large bathroom with a great old tub and European hand-held shower unit (we call it the "telephone," remembering Giovanna's youth in Italy). The tub is surrounded by warm, pine paneling. Old fashioned pedestal sink.

Terrific Large Deck A large cedar deck -- with first-class patio furniture -- for relaxing and dining is a delightful space for hanging out after a day on the beach. On a warm sunny morning, this is a perfect place for morning coffee!

Outdoor Living When You're Not at the Beach!! With a large grill, you'll be grilling many meals outdoors. Comfy chaise lounges and great sunny exposure make it hard to leave the deck on many days....
