PETS CONSIDERED

1 OR 2 WELL MANNERED DOGS CONSIDERED

We love our Pippin but still we struggled mightily about allowing pets at Crow's Nest Cottage....new, very expensive, wool carpeting in the hall and bedrooms, newly finished pine floors throughout main rooms... But we decided, OK, we'll consider 1 or 2 dogs (but NO OTHER PETS, please), but we'll have to charge extra rent and have a few rules: ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEES: $100 for each dog PER WEEK AND $200 additional security deposit FOR EACH DOG, in case there are damages or excessive cleaning is needed

HOUSE RULES FOR PETS Pets are NOT permitted on furniture. Pets must be crated when not supervised by an adult. Please clean up after your dog -- in the yard and on all your walks. No one likes poopy yards or beaches!
